With a distinguished background in martial arts as a Shihan 7th DAN (W.I.K.F.), Marios served the Cyprus National Karate Team for 15 years. His decades of experience as an instructor have provided him with a unique, deep-rooted understanding of the vital connection between the body, mind, and spirit. This discipline informs his clinical approach: maintaining balance is the key to lasting wellness.

Marios’s clinical expertise is built upon rigorous training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and the Neo-Hippocrates School of Natural Healthcare.

Today, he specializes in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation, moving beyond mere symptom management to address the underlying causes of physical dysfunction.

His practice integrates the world-renowned Ackermann Method (Structural Osteopathy and Soft Tissue Therapy).
